Marsa Al Arab is an AED 6.3 billion ($1.7 billion) tourist project in Dubai. This project will be constructed on two islands, one on either side of the Burj Al Arab Hotel. One island is dedicated to entertainment and family tourists, while the other is a luxury resort. The Wild Wadi Waterpark and Marine Park will be located on the entertainment island. The island to the left of the Burj al Arab will house 140 magnificent homes. Furthermore, the 20,000-square-metre project will contain a private yacht marina, yacht club, gourmet restaurants, helipad, convention center, hotels, and shopping outlets.

The principal materials utilized in the Marsa Al Arab villas are a mix of sumptuous natural materials that provide a magnificent clean-cut appearance for the modern resident.
